“I really enjoyed the D9 Takeover Ghana trip. The host of the trip did an incredible job with the itinerary. If you are looking for adventure , relaxation , beautiful beaches , and great food. Carl’s itinerary has it ! The guides were patient, fun and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to experience Ghana for the first time.
Maybe the first day is relax and acclimate to local time zone and an evening dinner. But then you might need to extend trip an extra day. I would not want to miss anything we did. Overall the pace of the trip was excellent and everything we did! Never felt rushed like some tours and trips.
This trip was amazing! I felt safe and well cared for. Carl and everyone that worked with him was very attentive and made sure this experience was one we would not forget. I have formed life long friends and look forward to doing this again. Diane

“Trip was phenomenal and staff amazing. Thank you for having a team to be with us and a doctor just in case. The itinerary was perfect and it was a wonderful to have everything covered already once we arrived so expenses were only for gifts and extras.
The first two hotels were not as comfortable but I am glad we stayed there in at the beginning of the trip and not the end. I wish they both had a safe so we could lock up our things instead of having to carry them with us. The Marriott was wonderful and I was happy to have a safe and cozier bed.
I think the size of the group was perfect and allowed for fun and also ease of travel. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. Would recommend a Bluetooth speaker on the bus since the radio doesn’t have many options on the long rides.
